Biography

Thomas Lindhorst is cofounder and managing director and at UGIsense AG. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich. Thomas is co-developer of the Peptide Nucleic Acid (PNA) based Ugimer™ molecule class. Ugimers™ are designed to address delivery-, safety- and tox issues of current antisense technologies by the introduction of chemical modifications to the PNA backbone. Thomas has been working in the biotech industry for more than 20 Years and is co-author of several publications and patents.
