Dr. Filip Rázga studied biomolecular chemistry at Masaryk University in Brno, and dedicated his PhD work to computational studies of diverse RNA motifs. He continued his work at Faculty Hospital in Brno, Department of Hematology and Oncology, as a research scientist at the Center for Molecular Biology and Gene Therapy, accelerating the translation of basic molecular biology research into clinical practice. As an associate professor at the Polymer Institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava, he later established a research group focusing on application-driven R&D for anticancer therapy. Currently, he works as a senior research scientist at the Faculty of Medicine, Comenius University in Bratislava and is the co-founder of Selecta Biotech SE with a prime research interest in the development of molecular systems selectively targeting cancer cells.
